San Diego Regional Competition

The student and a parent must be available all day (6am-5pm) for the competition. We will need parent volunteers for many different jobs that day. Purvi Gajiwala will be organizing our volunteers. Please offer to help in some way that day.

CVMS Coaches Meeting

Mandatory meeting for parents, students and coaches

                -- Weds, Feb 2nd at 7pm in the CVMS PAC
A student and a parent must attend this meeting. We will distribute the T-shirts, talk about competition day procedures, fill any open volunteer positions, and collect cell phone numbers.


Competition Day Planning Meeting and Publicity Volunteer

                -- 7:00pm on Friday, Jan 7th at our house at 13368 Wyngate Point.
We are having a planning meeting this week with our competition day committee. We are still lacking a publicity volunteer. The essential part of this job is organizing parent photographers to document competition day for the team. Usually, we have many parents who would love to help take pictures. We just need someone to organize them so that all the events and awards get photographed. If you are interested in this position, please let us know soon. Our planning meeting is this weekend.
